Moot Court

Advocacy, argument and legal strategy.

Our Moot Court programme develops oral advocacy, legal writing, teamwork and strategic thinking through simulated proceedings.

Training students to argue with precision.

The programme gives students practical exposure to written submissions, oral pleadings, case theory and courtroom strategy.

Participants learn how to structure arguments, respond to judges, work under pressure and communicate complex legal positions with discipline. A useful skill, since “vibes” remain inadmissible.

How the programme works.

Written Submissions
